How To Define Minority?

As Allahabad High Court judge has declared that muslims are not in minority in UP.The question arise how we define minority?.No doubt ,it is relative term, as evrybody in UP India the number of muslims live there outnumber so many muslim country in world in population so is it ok to call them minority.And Congress and SP,BSP saying that we are protecting and fighting for minority is right or is it just vote bank politics?.I don't know but india's judiciary is working faster and in much more transparent manner than other organs of society..

Justice S N Srivastava gave the ruling after considering various criteria including the population of Muslims as enumerated in the census reports of 1951 and 2001.

The judgment, which is likely to cause polarization among political parties, comes two days ahead of the first phase of the crucial Assembly elections in UP starting on Saturday.

The Court said the UP government should treat members of the Muslim community as equal to those belonging to the non-minority communities without discrimination in accordance with law."
Don't politician made us fool in the name of minority protecting party like Congress while reality is just opposite..Think over it.
